Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in massage oil, in a scent bottle, evaporated, in bath water.

To relieve menstrual cramps: mix 2-3 drops of Happy Lady essential oil blend in the same amount of vegetable oil twice daily for 10 days before menstruation, then apply to the lower abdomen, uterine area.

Inthe pre-natal period, to release maternal energies and prepare for pregnancy: every evening for 5 days a week, mix 2-3 drops of the blend of essential oils of Happy Woman in the same amount of vegetable oil and apply to the entire abdomen, after 5 days, take a break for 2 days and then continue. (This product is contraindicated during pregnancy!)

Irregular menstruation: every evening, mix 2-3 drops of the blend of essential oils of Lady Luck in the same amount of vegetable oil, apply to the entire abdomen for 21 days, then take a break for one week. After the break, the cure can be repeated.

The Happy Woman essential oil blend contains photosensitising components. When in contact with the skin, the affected skin area should not be exposed to sunlight and sunbeds for 24 hours after application.

Use is not recommended in case of individual sensitivity or allergy to any of its ingredients. No known side effects and interactions. Do not apply the product to the skin. Do not use if the preparation is damaged. Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes (mouth, nose).
