You can use Happy Women essential oil blend on the skin (diluted with a plant oil), in massage oil, in an inhaler, in a diffuser or in the bath.
1. For meditation and quiet reflection: diffuse the blend and take a few minutes to focus only on yourself.
2. For a women's ritual: mix it into a plant oil and massage it into your skin with slow, mindful movements.
3. For a ritual bath: mix it with salt, add it to your bath water, and give yourself an hour that is yours alone.
4. During the day: inhale it from an inhaler bottle to find your way back to yourself wherever you are.
Tip for a simple women's ritual: create silence around you – dim the lights, switch off your phone and diffuse the blend. Place your hand on your heart, breathe slowly and deeply, and ask yourself: what do I need right now? A few minutes is enough to reconnect with yourself.
Important: do not use during pregnancy. Apply to the skin only when diluted with a plant oil. The blend contains photosensitising ingredients, so do not expose the treated skin to sunlight or sunbeds for 24 hours.
