A respiratory disinfectant, expectorant, expectorant essential oil. Perfect choice for respiratory illnesses. Its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic action helps clear and heal the airways.
It also has a powerful energizing effect.The essential oil of Scots pine is invigorating, refreshing and relieves any stagnation.
Its anti-inflammatory properties can also be used for musculoskeletal complaints, and can be an ingredient in mixtures for sciatica, arthritis and rheumatism. It can also be used in the treatment of impotence in men due to its tonic, tension-relieving effects.

3 drops of Scots pine essential oil (Pinus sylvestris)
2 drops of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil (Eucalyptus radiata)
5 drops of sesame oil (Sesamum indicum)

2 drops of Scots pine essential oil (Pinus sylvestris)
1 drop of Eucalyptus radiata essential oil (Eucalyptus radiata)
Drop these two essential oils into hot, but not boiling water. Make sure you are safe and no children are near you, near the hot water pot. Cover your head, lean over the pot and breathe in the humid air slowly and deeply until you can smell the essential oils. Close your eyes while you do this. The blend clears the airways, loosens mucus and makes breathing easy. Repeat 3 times a day.
