Can be used as a vaporizer, in massage oil, dripped on the wrist or used in the bath.

Ideal for vaporizing in classrooms, at work, during meetings, at home, during study or work hours.

For vaporizing: drop 8-10 drops into the water-filled part of the vaporizer, depending on the size of the space.



You can also use the All-Knowing mixture without a school vaporizer/diffuser. Put 1 drop of the Mindful Essential Oil Blend in the palms of your children's hands at the beginning of the day and before they smell it, have them say out loud "I am brave, I am confident, I love myself". Then inhale the scent slowly and deeply. Repeat this every day for a week. Of course, it is also ideal to have the essential oil evaporating in the classroom. By doing this little ritual, you link the scent with positive reinforcements, and after a while, the sensation of the scent will start to bring these feelings to the child.
