An essential oil with a general strengthening, stimulating effect that helps fight infections by boosting the body's immunity. It can be used in any condition where you want to strengthen the body's self-healing processes, whether you are recovering from illness, a weakened state or a period of stress.
Its broad spectrum germicidal ability makes it useful in the treatment of sinus, sinus and ear infections.
Its chemical composition also makes it a useful essential oil in the treatment of arthritis. It can also be used as an aphrodisiac for men because of its tonic properties.

1 ml balsamic essential oil of succulent (Cistus ladaniferus ct pine)
1 ml sandalwood essential oil (Santalum album)
1 ml Madagascar camphorwood essential oil (Cinnamomum camphora ct. cineol)
a few drops of apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)
Every day, rub 12 drops of essential oil along your spine, then rub a few drops of apricot kernel oil over your skin. Use for at least a month, then whenever you feel you need a boost.

0,5 ml wild lavender essential oil (Lavandula latifolia spica)
1 ml Moroccan thyme essential oil (Thymus satureioides)
6,5 ml calendula macerate (Calendula officinalis)
Use 5 times daily 2-2 drops on the cheeks, 3 drops on the forehead for a week.
