Itis an excellent essential oil for the treatment of self-doubt, self-esteem disorders, sadness and joylessness.
Its great advantage over Citrus is that it has no photosensitizing effect, so it is an excellent substitute for Citrus for mood enhancement in the spring and summer.
Its sweet, fruity-lemony scent is a perfect match for palm roses and geranium, but when vaporized, it and citrus fruits also have a wonderful synergistic effect.
It has a balancing, calming effect on the nervous system, and can be used for stress, mental exhaustion and depression, either vaporized or rubbed on the skin, because it brings joy and balance to our lives.
Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized.

1 ml Brazilian eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus staigeriana)
1 ml bergamot peel essential oil (Citrus bergamia ze.)
8 ml apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)
Apply 3 x 1-2 drops on your wrist daily, then inhale the fragrance 7 times deeply. In addition, apply the mixture to the solar plexus (solar plexus chakra), 3x1 drop daily.
