Breath is the basis of everything. When you breathe freely, you are embracing the healing power of the universe. This blend carries the energy and fragrance of eucalyptus and pine forests. It opens the lungs to breathe freely, thus freeing the soul.
The essential oil blend is recommended for those who want strength and energy during their sauna session.
According to folklore, spearmint, eucalyptus and Canadian black pine have a liberating effect on breathing, thereby clearing the airways. You can also use it if you are recovering from a respiratory illness or if you have a sick person around you.
Use during pregnancy is not recommended.
Can also be used during breastfeeding.
Not suitable for use under 6 years of age.
When applying a new mixture topically, a skin test is recommended.
Contains 100% pure and natural, tested essential oils. The scent and color of natural essential oils may vary slightly. Cloudiness or the presence of sediment does not indicate a quality defect. Ask a qualified aromatherapist for advice on the use of essential oils.

Add 5 to 8 drops of the essential oil blend to the ladle filled with water, then pour it over the sauna stones.
Add 4 to 8 drops to the water compartment of the diffuser. Do not leave the diffuser unattended.

During pregnancy and breast-feeding, vaporise only.
