According to popular experience, Blue Star helps to relieve headaches thanks to the essential oils it contains.
The peppermint and marjoram essential oils in Blue Star have excellent antispasmodic properties, while true lavender essential oil can help relieve the symptoms of headaches with its analgesic, cooling and soothing properties.
Occasionally apply 5 drops of Blue Star to the temples, repeated every 5 minutes if necessary.
