Eucalyptus essential oil - 7 drops
Rosemary essential oil - 3 drops
Mix the above ingredients, add salt, honey or cream and add to the finished bath water. Allow at least 20 minutes for bathing. Allow the essential oil to permeate your body through your skin and breath.
Lemon peel essential oil - 3 drops
Mandarin peel essential oil - 3 drops
