A compound called chamazulene colours the essential oil of varadish dark blue, and this is what gives it itspowerful anti-inflammatory, anti-itch and analgesic properties, as well as being excellent for treating allergies and reducing itching.
It also relaxes and helps to bring up repressions. Its beautiful blue colour also shows its connection with the sky: it lifts and extends into the universe.
Its intense colour makes all mixtures green or blue. The strong blue colour of essential oil can discolour vaporisers, bottle caps, skin and clothing.
It can be used in a blend, applied to the skin, in an odour bottle, or vaporised.

Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes (mouth, nose). For external use only! When using essential oils on the skin, we recommend mixing them with vegetable oil to avoid irritation.
0,5 ml wild lavender essential oil (Lavandula latifolia spica)
2 ml calendula macerate (Calendula officinalis)
Apply the mixture to the rash site (using a number of drops according to the size of the rash). Repeat every hour until symptoms subside.

5 ml apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)
If you feel you need support during verbal expressions, apply 2 drops of the blend to your throat area and smell the scent left on your hand deeply and long 7 times while saying your own affirming phrase (e.g. I express my thoughts and feelings easily without hurting others).
