A powerful analgesic essential oil, it can be used for rheumatic pain, muscle pain, muscle fever.
It is a blood thickening agent, so it can be used as an ingredient in warming, effervescent blends and muscle warming oils. Its laxative and digestive properties can provide relief from digestive complaints and bloating.
In case of nervous exhaustion, adding it to a vaporizer helps to achieve concentration and provides energy.
Can also be used during pregnancy.

1.5 ml marjoram essential oil (Origanum majorana)
0,5 ml of creeping buckthorn essential oil (Gaultheria procumbens)
1 ml Clary Sage essential oil (Myristica fragrans)
1 ml Vietnamese eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus citriodora)
45 ml sesame oil (Sesamum indicum)
Apply 15-20 drops 3 times a day to the affected area until the pain is gone.

1 ml Clary Sage essential oil (Myristica fragrans)
15 ml sesame oil (Sesamum indicum)
Apply 5 times a day 8-10 drops to the painful area until symptoms disappear, after 3 weeks take a week break.
