Folk tradition has it that fennel is an essential oil with analgesic, digestive and diuretic properties.
It is an antispasmodic, analgesic and diaphoretic, so it can be effective in cases of flatulence and wind spasms.
It has a beneficial effect on milk secretion.
It is a psychic anxiety reliever, a sedative and can be used as an aphrodisiac.
Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized.

0,5 ml basil essential oil (Ocimum basilicum)
7 ml sesame oil (Sesamum indicum)
Massage 6-8 drops clockwise on the abdomen. If necessary, repeat the treatment after half an hour. Inhale deeply 7 times in succession to release the fragrance left on your hands.
