A cold-pressed vegetable oilrich in essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are substances that our body needs but cannot produce on its own. Essential fatty acids contribute to the optimal functioning of the cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems.

Flaxseed oil relieves menopausal symptoms, lowers blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and reduces high blood pressure. It boosts metabolism, helps burn fats and has a liver cleansing effect.

Itnourishes and regenerates dry, sensitive skin, reduces inflammation and is particularly recommended for the treatment of eczema and psoriasis. Due to its oleic acid composition, linseed oil is suitable for supporting the balanced functioning of the body.

For therapeutic use, consult a qualified aromatherapist.

As it has a high essential fatty acid content, it should be stored in the refrigerator.

Can also be used during pregnancy.

Can also be used during breastfeeding.

For use from newborn age.

Cold-pressed natural vegetable oils may vary slightly in scent and colour. The opalescence or sediment appearance of vegetable oil does not indicate a quality defect. Some plant oils may become solid or sedimentary at room temperature, in which case gentle heating will return the oil to a liquid and homogeneous state. Ask a qualified aromatherapist for advice on the use of plant oils.

It can be used in a blend, or on its own in a face oil, mixed with massage oil, or as a body oil.

Because of its oleic acid composition, linseed oil is suitable for supporting the balanced functioning of the body.

For therapeutic use, consult a qualified aromatherapist.

Addition to salads
Add a tablespoon of cold-pressed flaxseed oil a day to your cold salad or warm but no longer hot food, such as cream soups, to promote easy digestion and to get essential fatty acids that are good for the body.
Dry skin treatment
If you have recurring dry skin on your face or all over your body, it's worth taking a holistic look at this skin condition. A lack of essential fatty acids can result in dry skin, irritated skin, and inflammation. In such cases, it is worth nourishing the body and the skin from the inside as well as the outside.
Nourishing body oil
1 ml frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carterii)
1 ml rosewood essential oil (Aniba rosaeodora)
100 ml wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare)
100 ml linseed oil (Linum usitatissimum)

After bathing, distribute the oil on your skin while it is still damp and massage the required amount into your skin.
