Inhalation: directly from the bottle or in the palm of your hand, inhale 1 drop slowly and deeply 7 times in succession. It is advisable to use the breath in conjunction with positive reinforcement. This could be, for example, "I embrace peace and determination", "I am strong and courageous." It can be repeated several times a day, for example morning and evening, and it is recommended to use the technique for 40 days to make the ritual a habit, so that the affirmation is linked to the smell.
