3 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil (Chamaemelum nobile)
4 drops of mandarin peel essential oil (Citrus reticulata ze.)
Use this mixture in a vaporizer or massage oil. Then mix with 10 ml of apricot kernel oil. Good for children to calm an over-excited state when bedtime is made difficult by too many experiences. You can make a larger amount using the same ratio if you want to use it regularly.
