The essential oil of Roman caraway is an appetite stimulant, diaphoretic, analgesic, antispasmodic, and digestive stimulant, so it can be an effective remedy for digestive problems. It is beneficial in cases of bloating and constipation. Relieves spasmodic cough. Relieves anxiety on a psychological level.
Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized.

May irritate sensitive skin.
WARNING
Roman cumin essential oil is photosensitising. After rubbing, the affected area of skin should not be exposed to sunlight or tanning beds for 24 hours after application.
