Itsexcellent antispasmodic properties make it equally useful for relieving migraine headaches and menstrual cramps.
The psychic effects of laurel essential oil are outstanding. It is also known as the oil of the orator and can support verbal expression. In addition to strengthening verbal expression, laurel essential oil can also be relied on to boost self-confidence. The oil of Brazilian eucalyptus is an excellent partner.
It helps concentration and improves memory. Its role in verbal expression and its positive effect on concentration make it one of the most ideal essential oils for vaporizing , in addition to studying and preparing for exams.

To aid verbal assessment: 2 drops of bay laurel essential oil (Laurus nobilis)

CONTRAINDICATIONS

1 ml wild lavender essential oil (Lavandula latifolia spica)
17 ml calendula macerate (Calendula officinalis)
Apply 8-10 drops of the above mixture to the painful area, repeated 5 times a day as needed.
