Essential oilwith a generally calming, antidepressant effect. It harmonises the nervous system and can be used to treat all negative emotional states, including sleep disorders.
Its insect repellentproperties make it ideal for vaporising in summer to repel mosquitoes.
Its antiseptic properties make it ideal for use in face oils, facial creams and face packs for inflamed, acne-prone skin.
With its pleasant, fresh scent with citrus notes, it can also be used in summer as a substitute for photosensitising citrus.
Can also be used during pregnancy.

Vaporize 15 drops of Cubeba Pepper Essential Oil (Litsea citrata) Vaporize 15 drops of Cubeba essential oil to repel mosquitoes, or slather 7 drops on your skin in body oil.

2 ml cubeb pepper essential oil (Litsea citrata)
1 ml marjoram essential oil (Origanum majorana)
a few drops of apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)
Gently distribute 4 drops of the mixture on the spine before bedtime, then smooth a few drops of apricot kernel oil over the same area.
