Clary sage is an essential essential oil for childbirth. It helps you to move beyond the fear of pain and the unknown and empowers you to surrender to your birth. It can be used in any situation where you need to 'give birth' to something, so it can also help you to arrive at a new business, a new home, a new life situation.
Clary Sage is beneficial in the treatment of depression. It increases estrogen production and is an excellent essential oil for menstrual disorders.
Its skin regenerating properties also make it an outstanding cosmetic use.
Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized.
For use during childbirth. Dose carefully as this is a very sensitive stage, so gradually increase the number of drops.

1 ml fennel essential oil (Foeniculum vulgare)
1 ml geranium essential oil (Pelargonium asperum Egypte)
1 ml Damask rose essential oil (Rosa damascena)
45 ml sesame oil (Sesamum indicum)
Rub 2x10-15 drops daily on the abdomen and waist area in the days before bleeding, but skip the first two days of menstruation.
