For meditation:

Apply 1 drop of bergamot peel essential oil (Citrus bergamia ze.) to the solar plexus area or 1 drop to the wrist, then smell deeply 5 times before meditation.

Essential oil of bergamot peel has a photosensitizing effect. After rubbing, the affected skin area should not be exposed to sunlight or tanning beds for 24 hours after application.

In the case of pregnancy, the skin may be even more sensitive to photosensitising essential oils, so increased caution is advised when using on skin.

Make sure to check the contraindications for each ingredient in the recipe before using a specific recipe. Use is not recommended in case of individual sensitivity or allergy to any of the ingredients. Side effects and interactions are not known.
