Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a sniff bottle, vaporised.
Immune booster mixture
- 1 ml HE. Menthol eucalyptus
- 1,5 ml HE. Eucalyptus radiata
- 0,5 ml HE. Scots pine
- 7 ml HV. Sesame oil
6-8 drops on the spine 1x/day for 21 days.
Energizing blend
- 1,5 ml HE. Eucalyptus radiata
- 1 ml HE. Earth pine
- 2,5 ml HV. Sesame oil
6 drops on the spine 1-2 x/day for 7 days. or 15 drops on the spine 1 time if a recharge is needed.
Energizing, refreshing bath
- 6 drops HE. Eucalyptus radiata
- 6 drops of HE.
Add the above mixture to a tsp. honey and then to the bath water.
