Roman chamomile hydrosol

It can be used in a mixture or alone, misted on the face or body, applied with cotton wool. It is good to use as a poultice for burning, tired eyes (in case of computer, allergies or any kind of redness). It is excellent to add to babies' bath water, as it soothes and calms the soul. It can be used as a tonic after washing the face. As part of your daily beauty routine, wipe your face twice a day with a cotton pad dampened with aromatherapy water after washing your face, then apply a facial cream to suit your complexion.
