Immune boosting blend:

1 ml HE. Menthol eucalyptus

1,5 ml HE. Eucalyptus radiata

0,5 ml HE. Scots pine

7 ml HV. Sesame oil

6-8 drops on the spine 1x/day for 21 days.

Energizing blend:

1.5 ml HE. Eucalyptus radiata

1 ml HE. Earth Pine

2,5 ml HV. Sesame oil

6 drops on the spine 1-2 x/day for 7 days or 15 drops on the spine 1 time if a recharge is needed.

Energizing, refreshing bath:

6 drops HE. Eucalyptus radiata

6 drops HE. Earth Pine

Add the above blend to a tsp. honey and then to the bath water.

A life-saving refresher after a soaked night (also for hangovers):

4 drops of HE.

1 drop HE. Eucalyptus radiata

3 drops of HE. sesame oil
