Pumpkin seed oil is extremely rich in unsaturated and polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals: high levels of magnesium, calcium, potassium, selenium, zinc, copper, iron, phosphorus, manganese, Omega fatty acids, B vitamins, vitamin F, vitamin D, coenzyme Q10, high vitamin E content, Delta 7 phytosterol, Alpha, Beta tocopherol content.

It is a cold-pressed vegetable oil with a high content of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are substances that our body needs but cannot produce on its own. Essential fatty acids contribute to the optimal functioning of the cardiovascular, immune and nervous systems.

Pumpkin seed oil is deep green in colour, so it colours all mixtures.



It can be used in a blend, or on its own in a face oil, mixed with massage oil, or as a body oil.

Due to its oleic acid composition, pumpkin seed oil is suitable for supporting the balanced functioning of the body.
